Venuka Polymers Private Limited (VPPL) is an India-focused manufacturer of polymer-based piping and infrastructure solutions, serving critical applications across natural gas distribution, water infrastructure, micro-irrigation and utility networks.
Incorporated in Dec. 2019 and commencing commercial operations in May 2021, VPPL was established with a clear purpose: to contribute to the development of reliable, economically viable and long-life infrastructure solutions for a rapidly developing India. From its initial focus on PE pipes for gas and water applications, the company has progressively expanded its capabilities and product portfolio in response to the evolving needs of India’s infrastructure landscape.
Today, VPPL operates across three complementary areas - Gas Infrastructure, Water & Irrigation, and Utility & Power Conduits. Its portfolio encompasses PE/MDPE/HDPE piping for gaseous transportation and water applications, micro-irrigation products, and conduit solutions for utility and power applications. With an expanding manufacturing footprint, including Karnataka, VPPL is building the capabilities required to serve customers and infrastructure programmes across India.

Venuka Polymers Private Limited's (VPPL) products are designed for applications where quality, consistency, reliability and long service life are critical. Its manufacturing operations are supported by ISO 9001:2015 certification and applicable BIS/product certifications, reinforcing its commitment to consistent product quality and dependable performance.
VPPL has also developed significant experience in the City Gas Distribution (CGD) sector, supplying PE pipes to leading CGD companies. Its association with IRM Energy Limited as a joint-control entity provides an institutional connection with the CGD ecosystem and a strong understanding of the quality and reliability expectations of critical gas infrastructure, while VPPL continues to expand its presence across the wider infrastructure market.
VPPL’s journey is therefore about more than manufacturing pipes. It is about enabling infrastructure that helps move energy, manage water, improve agricultural efficiency and support modern utility networks - contributing to a cleaner, more connected and more productive India.
