MDPE / PE Gas Pipes

Venuka Polymers Private Limited manufactures high-performance polyethylene (PE) pipes for gas distribution and supply networks. Our PE gas pipes are manufactured from specially formulated PE 80 and PE 100 polyethylene compounds and are designed for reliable, safe and long-term service in underground gaseous-fuel distribution systems.

PE gas pipes offer an excellent combination of strength, flexibility, toughness, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and long-term hydrostatic performance. Their low density and flexibility facilitate transportation, handling, installation and jointing, while their resistance to corrosion and many chemicals makes them particularly suitable for modern city gas distribution (CGD) networks.

Our manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and testing facilities are designed to ensure reliable performance, dimensional accuracy, durability, and long service life of PE Gas Pipes for demanding gas distribution applications and are available in a wide range of diameters and SDR classifications as applicable to the relevant product specification.
